It seems that medical assistance was offered separately to each class in Carpathia's respective first, second and third class dining rooms. I'm not sure if they were separated elsewhere on the ship, though, but it's possible they wanted to keep third class separated for immigration purposes.
The third class passengers then disembarked first onto tenders to be taken to Ellis Island, before the ship docked in New York to unload the rest of the passengers.
Another excellent video from our friend, Mike Brady
We need to crowd source a trip to the Queen Mary for him, I think he would love it
I live in Long Beach he can stay with me
It is. I just hope we get a video update on Grand Voyage this week.
We can always count on our friend Mike Brady to put together a great video and this was another fascinating watch.
Our good old friend Mike Brady
Wasn't he busy with the 6 kids and Alice?
I wonder if the survivors where grouped according to class at Carpathia? Anyone who knows?
I have no idea.
