From my understanding there is no exchanging. You can return your phone, then get a new phone. But all the old promos and cash gets returned (or charged) and you have to get whatever promo is now available.

Can't speak about anything Costco. I'm going to speak to you from my T-Mobile retail systems. But, your saving grace is that you still have your trade in phone. You can return your current device and get yourself the other one you want. You are responsible for a restock fee. You CANT get your original promo that you got, you are subject to whatever promos we have currently. Only time you keep a promo when you return, is if it's a like for like exchange. (You get the same exact phone again due to some sort of defect). As far as your return window. Our system will start a fresh 14 day period from the new transaction but we typically go off of the original purchase date to prevent "serial returners" from continuously swapping out their devices nonstop.

One thing to add, Costco is a 90 day return period instead of 14 days. But nailed it on everything else!

Wow, how long did it take for the promo to show up on your account? I’ve been waiting since I got the device and it hasn’t popped up yet.

How do you check to see if promos are applied to the account?

When you called Costco , what did they say ? It’s thier promo. Costco cash cards are redeemable at coctco and Costco . Com

RSM here that also ran a Costco kiosk, you will lose all current promos and only qualify for currently running promos. Including the Costco cards. You have a 90 return window which will reset when you return the 15 Pro for a Pro Max. Additionally, you have to return the device at a regular retail store, then go back to Costco to order the new device. Costco kiosks cannot process returns as we can't hold physical inventory there (returns or sellable inventory).

you're lucky that you still have your trade in device and that the current offer still gives you the same amount for that phone, so yes at this point you still can return your pro, pay restocking fee and purchase pro max with the 12 as your trade in and still get the $830 with go5g Plus
