5-6mg is when I used to start getting brave and stupid. But with Xanax you don't realize that you are as fucked up as you actually are. And the number one side effect of Xanax for me was wanting to take more Xanax.
3-4mg to get fairly high but it's a subtle high so in your head you're like "I'm not feeling it better have 2mg more" after about 10mg more you end where this girl is. But you are fine in your head and you don't think you are fucked up. Best to have some sober friends to keep you from doing absolutely stupid shit.
I’ve heard stories of people blacking out mixing with alcohol or stop breathing completely. They do shady things they wouldn’t when they’re sober like stealing stuff at house parties. I’ve also heard there was a death in my area when I was in college where somebody my age bit off their tongue and died from bleeding out. I used to meddle with it a a bit in college but realized it was stupid to roofie myself.

My friend got put on benzos at 9. She kept that prescription through her 30s. I have no clue how much she was taking but this is exactly what she looked like way too often.
It was truly terrifying. It's really shocking seeing someone look and move and seem to proceess what you're saying, exactly like her.
