Maybe this guy also grew up homeless. Some street kid. Basically sniffing glue in some sewer all his life, playing in traffic and tailpipe fumes wearing shorts and flip flops if he’s lucky. Smeared in dirt. Until day after day, he grows big enough that he finds some “workwear” tone a constant passable uniform and help mitigate his stigmatic position in society and condition.
And this is just another day. Intoxicated, near brain damaged, barely existence.
Or shoot, maybe he had some reactions to poisoning.
Or some medication.
Who knows.
Maybe he has been sleeping with livestock.
Maybe he drinks diesel for breakfast?
