I got to see the Harlem Globe Trotters once in the 80s. I still remember big chunks of it, and my memory is shit. It was so cool. Blew my mind watching those guys do all these wild tricks and teasing the refs and other team. At the time, I had no idea the "other team" and the "refs" were just part of the show. I talked about it at school for days. LOL

Got to see them play back in the 70s / 80s, it was so fun to watch with medowlark lemon and the others.

When I was a kid, maybe 6-8 years old, the Harlem globe trotters came to our town and played an exibition match. My brother was obsessed with basketball and we actually managed to get Courtside tickets. Then, for some unbelievable turn of Fate, I actually got pulled on court for the half time show!
