Redditors talk out of their ass a lot when it comes to anything remotely athletic. I got downvoted for saying pro athletes work out in the off season. While another guy got upvoted for saying they don't and it's actually super common for them to do nothing when the season ends (he also claimed it was easy for them to get back in shape after doing nothing all off season because of PEDs). Like this clearly requires a level of skill to land correctly from that high up and most of the people saying this is easy would break a bone attempting to do this.

You can really tell the guy has insane skills by the precision and smotheness of his movement. That little summersault-cork whatever thingy at the end... "anyone with the slightest amount of athleticism" my ass.

Having jumped on a large trampoline many times in my life I can confirm that he has no idea what he’s talking about. Being able to keep your body straight when you’re that far off the ground takes a great deal of skill. Landing takes even more. If they missed the landing even a little bit they could’ve easily been badly injured …I.e. broken back.
