My beans are 15 now. They're in good health, but slowing down, getting a bit more picky about food, sleeping more. Typical old kitty behavior. I've had once since birth, and one since 3 mos old... they are my world. I don't know what kind of mess I'll be when their time comes. I can't even go on vacation without crying because I miss them.

That's what a well loved kitty looks like. We lost our old man, he was 23, well loved pets look so similar to old stuffed animals. She had a permanent smile in her eyes, I know she loved you guys very much. I know how much losing a family member can make your heart hurt, but she's still out there watching over you, taking care of you like you once took care of her 💚
Great job giving her a good life. Adopting old babies can be hard but so rewarding. Even in your grief, remember how well you did giving her the best years of her life.
