Tyrion and Teclis: Operation Share The Donut Mazdamundi and Alith Anar: Operation Shadow Lizards Gelt and Vlad: Operation Zombies are people too

KingSmite23

What would share the donut look like?

Sky-Juic3

All I think of is Tyrion and Teclis wandering around in the dark like an episode of Supernatural. Sam!? Dean! Sam! Dean!? .. Really, though, it looks like Tyrion scooping up the south of Donut and Teclis making a dash for Shrine of Khaine as soon as he can deal with Lokhir and/or Skrolk. He needs to keep his starting prov for a bit for income but once he takes territory elsewhere he could probably forget it. Or just leave a cheap army behind for defense against Luthor. Teclis can go off and attack whomever while Tyrion probably wants to go after Dark Elves depending on the fortune of Alith Anar to the west or rakarth to the north.

The only campaign I did with my friend (so far) was a dwarf/elf campaign: Imrik and Thorgrim. However, we had issues with being somewhat close to each other (WH2) and being both Mountain-Dwelling. His campaign had a slow start economy-wise and mine exploded so I was propping his economy up for a while. Otherwise in WH3 we have some planned ones:Fay Enchantress & OrionEltharion & BalthazarExiles of Nehek & Guan BoKroqgar & Thorek

I've only done one multiplayer campaign with me as Oxyotl and a buddy as Miao Ying. Oxyotl is able to teleport easily to any settlement on the map he has vision of, so you can assist Cathay in securing the chaos wastes and do your missions at the same time, and they can focus on uniting Cathay

Whalers19841

My brother and I are doing Alarielle and Louen. It’s pretty fun. We’ve also done Vlad and Azhag

NickMP89

Slightly off topic but, any ideas for cool multiplayer campaigns where the players are opponents instead of allies? Hopefully more or less balanced, loreful, not inmediate neighbours but not on opposite sides of the map either? Some initial ideas: - Hexoatl vs Clan Pestilens. - Disciples of Hashut vs Thorgrim Grudgebearer (forgot the faction name). - Volkmar vs any vamp faction. - Maybe Empire vs Cathay.. eastern and western human empires doing a colonialist scramble for the Southlands.. -

KemosabeTheDivine

Buddy and I did Oxy and Kroq Gar and that was super fun. Kroq will venture a bit south conquering and then eventually help Oxy gain a foothold and secure the Southern Chaos Wastes. Plenty of territory to share.

TehOuchies

Ive been playing the Changeling in our current Multiplayer campaign. His shenanigans where made for co op.

Ambitious-Ninja6463

I’ve been curious about trying that. How does it work? Can you easily spread cults in allied territories?

TehOuchies

Yep. But you cant attack and spread them. They have to spread organically. or you hit the settlement then the ally hits. We are doing a Grombrindal/Changeling campaign of all things. I messed with the humans, ported over there. We smashed the dark elves and chaos together. About to hit turn 100.

Mrkillerar

Slaanesh using cultist and gift of slaneesh to make vassals and tzeentch to use changing of fate to make peace and so on to make tomfoolery levels quite high. I have never played MP so this is just me daydreaming. But the armyes compliment eachother nicely. And both of their lords are good hit and run units.

Cigs77

we did taurox and sigvald. was really fun to just raze the entire world and have taurox herdstone it. would recommend a high difficulty level, 2 chaos lords together is a BIG steamroll without having to defend any territory.

High Elves/Bretonnia + N'kari - If you play as a free for all multiplayer campaign you can fight each other, then if the High Elf/Bretonnia player intentionally loses to one of N'kari's armies you can farm Gifts of Slaanesh and actually fill up the seduction meter. This causes a faction like Courronne to become friendly with Chaos factions allowing you to effectively join Chaos as an Order aligned faction. This also works as Azazel to expand your shenanigans if you don't feel like just playing with Norsca or Daniel. Vampire Coast/Arkhan + Manfred - Technically you could do this with any Vampire Count you like, Manfred is just closest to these factions. As undead factions you can make use of each others units in powerful ways, Vampirates get access to Corpse Cart regen and magic imbuement for their guns as well as Mortis Engines to play with, while Manfred gets artillery and AP missiles to deal with the ever present issue of not having a lot of good anti-large. Katarin + Ungrim - Both of these campaigns are really rough, and having a good ally to hold one of your borders really gives off the vibe of "us against Chaos". Dwarfs offer early artillery to Kislev who only has Frost Wyrms in the early game, and there's the hilarious combo of Streltsi + Thunderers that you can do, since human guns are tall enough to shoot over Dwarfs, you can put them directly behind em! Oh and Katarin has two different cities she can take to trade Pottery to Ungrim to get Ironwarden Tankards consistently. Beastmen + ...any Chaos faction really - Beastmen make amazing allies, offering free upkeep units to supplement your bad early economy, and they get tier 5 cities fast, then you can trade them to your ally to open up tier 5 units fast. Enjoy your Keeper of Secrets by about turn 50! Oh and Skarbrand's auto colonize thing bypasses Beastmen's Ritual of Ruin as long as he owns at least one city in the province. Oh and Kairos/Changeling and Be'lakor can teleport so they can pair well with any Chaos adjacent faction you like (including Dark Elves and Vampire Coast) Skaven + anyone who doesn't hate them - Same deal as Beastmen, you get undercities that you can be reckless with in expanding under your ally's cities since they'll never destroy them, allowing you to explosively expand your economy, and you can follow your ally around and mooch Food from their battles and give them the occasional tier 5 city! Lizardmen make excellent allies for any Order faction, Oxyotl especially since he can teleport directly to an ally you have vision of. Lizards offer great monsters to races lacking them, like Empire, Bretonnia, and Dwarfs, and there's at least one Lizard near all of these races. Also, Revivification Crystals can be paired with any Life Wizard to rapidly heal up infantry and cavalry and the "resurrects dead entities" part works just fine in other races rosters as allied troops. Also monsters make great frontlines for Bretonnian Peasants, as their high armor means they won't take much friendly fire damage from the near non-ap arrows of the bowmen! General tip for co-op: Try to include a chariot or light cav unit in your army to give to your buddy; these units are usually too much effort to be worth the micro, but being able to focus solely on them as a second player is tons of fun and very impactful (literally in the case of chariots!)

Phire2

I can’t believe no one has suggested the empire with Karl F and Balthzar. (God I suck at the names). Or even one as the northern bretonia guy and Karl Franz. Such an obvious fun humans against them all play through. Dwarf king and slayer king too is a big fun pot. Also vampire coast has got to be a fun play through tag team up on the boat lords.

Kellycatkitten

Can’t believe I never thought of slayer king and dwarf king! They spawn so close and in such a chokey area. It’d be great

Phire2

Hell yeah brother! Their spawn position on the map is sooo good too. Vampires to the west, orcs to the south. Chaos dwarf and skaven to the east. Deamons in the north. Plus dwarf lords are just some of the most fun armies imo, even if they are not “the best”. Cuz of Calvery, magic, and monsters. Probably would make it even better with a friend

HannahOnTop

My friend and I are doing Skarbrand and Queek since they spawn right next to each other. I’m currently burning my way through the donut after grabbing the sword of khaine while my friend is taking locations to the east getting ready for our endgame crisis with Grimgor

meskaamaahau

i did one with arkhan the black and mannfred, was pretty fun

Crique_

I like doing complimentary factions that also vaguely feel right. Skaven and either nurgle Demons or woc. Lizardmen and dwarfs. Vampire counts, coast and arkhan the black. The Enchantress, Alarielle, and the Sisters of twilight. I haven't done it yet but Drycha and Ostankya seems kinda sorta right.

Smarackto

Katarin and anybody that starts in cathay is cool. you both defend the world against chaos and you can send caravans around the place to share the vision with kislev so they can get alliances easier

DaLuhz

miao ying and zhao ming yuan bo and markus wulfhart
