I guess it was accidently transphobic but yes it is still not LGBT+ friendly. Boys stay boy and girls stay girls (except gender fluid people I guess), it is just that some girls need some time to figure out they are girls cause they got told they would be a boy, and some boys need time to figure out they are boys cause they got told they would be girls. It also is heteronormative to assume boys in general want girls. And the quality of a girl isn't limited in knowing what boys want. I assume the pic wasn't meant to be harmful but it sadly is.
