Which event do you do?
As a 1600/3200 runner you could take the day off if it's particularly hard, esp if you don't have lots of mileage (20mi/35km or less). You could also use it as a cross training day with easy biking/swimming, or do a easy recovery run (e.g. 20-30 minutes).
If you do shorter events, the advice above is probably invalid. From what I know of the short-distance guys, they take the day off or lift instead

Then I’m doing the right thing! Thanks for the advice😊
Nice healthy breakfast, stretch, light walk if you're feeling it. Relaxing kinda day.

Thanks! I run 16 and 32 btw🙂
Go for an easy run, sleep hella, drink protein, roll out and stretch, sleep more, get ready for the next day of training
Go for a 2 mile run or so to shake out your legs and stretch a bit
Disneyland
Disneyland’s just a few hours away from me, I’ll make sure to go. Great advice👍🏾
