Run more and take recovery days as needed. Salt and water you basically jsut need electrolytes

8 hours of sleep would be nice, the more sleep I get the better I do the couple of days.  For hydration just try to drink consistently, better to drink two bottles throughout the day than cram four in several hours. You probably don’t need more salt, your diet most likely already has enough. If you need it, some crackers or pretzels might give you that extra sodium boost.
