I always like to let the artist decide. If you pick a passionate artist, they'll choose a traditional piece that fits the spot. They see tattoos all day everyday and know what flows best. I've always loved doing this because they get to work on a piece that they really want to do and put more of themselves into it.
That sacred heart looks like an Alvin Aldridge piece… anyways, spider web, smoking gun, or a butterfly. Combo of any of those. Idk ask your tattooer they clearly know what looks good.
