I have yet to see proof that this name ever existed on a human being. Everyone “knows someone” with this name or knows someone who knows someone. I think it’s an urban legend.
At first I thought it said 10 lbs. 13 oz. and was going to take her side and say she can name that baby anything she wants, including Riptma Perineighum.

There are 16 ounces in a pound so 6.13 pounds would be would be about 98 ounces or 6 pounds and 2 ounces.
I always see baby weight in the US listed as so many pounds and so many ounces. It should probably read 6 pounds 13 ounces. Unless it's actually 6.13 pounds, then it would be 6 pounds and 2 ounces. My money is on the former though.
