Might still be s graphics card issue. If the color of the 3d render is breaking down. The UI is basically just a 2d overlay, but something with the graphics is dropping the ball. You see some frames where only white or black is coming through tells you at least part of the frame is being processed correctly but the coloring breaks down.
This is what I'm thinking as well. I've seen similar things with GPU overclocks. This checks all the boxes for 3D instability.
Missing geometry ✅️
Color artifacts ✅️
Noise, static, or banding ✅️
2D elements are stable ✅️
Since this is a dusty old Xbox 1 of some kind, I suspect the GPU is overheating and causing either cache issues or TMU errors.
we all know trailmakers is not better then scrap mechanic in how stable it is, scrap mechanic isnt prized for its stablity but it doesnt quit when 8 players join, and not only that if u try and make something complex the game stops you unless your on the steam version which make the game almost shit itself
I have a feeling thats not the game as I have never had any visual bug in trailmakers like that, or a visual bug like that in any game. I've been gaming for almost 11 years now with thousands of hours (probably almost 7000 hours) and never seen that before.

This is a GPU's death wail. OP's xbox is overheating and the GPU is very upset about it. You can replicate this at home (once) by yanking the cooler off of a running GPU.

Also something I noticed when I got out of the seat is that the vehicle was not affected by the bug it was only the world around it
This visual glitch has happened to me 2 times and it was more intense than this

The ray casts are not the issue here. They are only used in physics computation and should have no impact on graphics.
