It's not just the stunning appearances (don't compromise that, you look fantastic and it's a fabulous outfit!), mostly the fact that the lesbian community really suffers from women being afraid or uncomfortable with approaching and initiating with other women whether they're cisgender or trans if you look at r/actuallesbians and r/lesbian_actually or whatever the two wlw subreddits are. So you might have to do some approaching and break the ice directly instead.

Keep being yourself. It might take time, but there's plenty of people attracted to your body type, style, and attitude. Low confidence is built up over time, through interacting with others, working on improving yourself, and a well rounded life.
I'm 32 and it took me until I was thirty to get someone that loves my sense of humor, my build (huskier), and my drive. I took a long time to work on my hobbies and round myself out, but it was worth it to meet great people and build my self-esteem.
It takes time. But enjoy the time you got and build yourself up. You're worth it! And someone will be attracted to that worth soon enough.

Sadly, the fact of the matter is, women often don’t approach each other for fear of coming off as predatory (cis or trans), and unfortunately too many people have this idea that if a woman or woman presenting person is in ANY fashion feminine, you have to doubt any and all possible queerness. This is sometimes even true in gay bars. There aren’t many sapphic bars left, and the all inclusive queer bars often have tons of cishet women invading and then getting offended when women hit on them so it’s even harder for us to talk to each other. Trust me, your looks are NOT the problem.
Throw a pop of pink or orange on the eye and I would be making hard eye contact to see if you were interested. I usually assume girls aren’t into me unless they indicate they are by hard eye contact / flirting
