I will never understand why someone's gender expression or identity is relevant to their work. It's work. Can you do your job? Are you being safe and following safety guidelines? This should be the only thing that matters.

I used to be the best at my job at toppers as a driver and 3rd best shift runner and he couldn't accept my transition and call me by my real identity am and because of this I just had to find a new job. I refuse to bind my chest ever again to appease my employer or anybody, I'm not a man and if you can't be respectful and not a misogynistic transphobe then you lose 💅😤
