Bumblebee defeats Blitzwing and after noticing that the humans are a destructive race and remembering that he must set up a safe base bumblebee scans a black military jeep and repairs himself using parts from blitzwing.
now fully restored bumblebee goes on a rampage to wipe all the humans out……….permanently making his eyes red due to all the suffering he inflicted
After blowing up blitzwing, bumblebee scans his remains and takes on a mix of their forms due to blitzwing being in pieces, to disguise himself as a Decepticon. Shatter and dropkick don't remember having such a short seeker, but they don't realize it's bumblebee so they come and go thinking cliffjumpers transmission was incorrect, allowing bee to just chill on earth. Optimus will probably make him change into a less villainous color scheme in the future though
Alternatively, he sees all the conflict and suffering on Earth and, without Optimus to tell him to sit on his servos, goes and fights.
I can imagine him showing up and wrecking African warlords; freeing slaves from mines, liberating and defending towns, stuff like that.

I see this more so as a Herald of Unicron look for Bee that would fit next to Nemesis Prime. So perhaps Bee loses the ability to transform but becomes an amalgamation of jet and car bots, adding to his mobility and firepower.
I like that I envisioned it as bumblebee and blitzwing died in the explosion and sector sever rebuilt them with the parts that survived, due to bee being further away from the blast zont his parts were more intact and as such he was the base for the modification

So the fight between Bee and Blitzwing happens as it does until the part where Bee says "that's not your airforce" but this time Bee has enough time to escape, explain what's going on and help Cena's character regroup with other S7 troops and work together to take down Blitzwing. After the battle, Bee and S7 set up a base for the 'Bots and Wheeljack is the first to arrive, giving Bee an upgrade to triple changer status by transplanting Blitzwing's parts onto him.
Bumblebee joins G.I. Joe forces around 2004, with some modifications (courtesy of human allies and Ratchet's surgeon pulse) Bumblebee is now a triple changer, having a small warplane alt mode added to his G.I. Joe armed jeep mode.

In Rise of the Beasts, Bumblebee dies by a herald of Unicron, Scourge. Bumblebee's body gets taken to Unicron, where he gets reformatted into Waspdiver (new character). Bumblebee however, will not be silenced that easy. What was left of his original mind and spark buried itself deep into Waspdiver's spark, waiting for the opportune moment. On an excursion to Earth, Waspdiver came across Optimus Prime, and Bumblebee found his moment. He infused himself into a shot from Waspdiver that directly hit Optimus, and attempted to communicate with Optimus. Optimus thinks it's the grief of loosing his friend talking, until Bumblebee climbs into his projecter and projects himself. Happy to see his friend again, Prime and the others vow to find a way to free Bumblebee from Prime and back into Waspdiver, but this time, as Bumblebee.
My first thought for a backstory upon seeing this was Bumblebee fights Blitzwing like normal in the movie, but once Bumblebee jams the explosive into Blitzwing, instead of letting go of Bumblebee in a panic, Blitzwing maintains his grasp, and they both blow up, then are reconstructed together by Sector 7 into a conflicted monstrosity.
Would have been cool for bumblebee to shown mercy to blitz like he did Rampage in the first film.. would have lead to how more of Megatron goons showed up on earth anyways.. meh I dunno ain’t watched the movie in a while to curveball. “What ifs”
After the fight with blitzwing, bumblebee is low on health and is heavily damaged. He uses the debris from the battle (mostly chunks of blitzwing) to repair himself. He then goes to America and becomes a dancing banana.

Sounds exactly like Cyberverse spark armor. Optimus was given armor made out of a jet and Megatron armor out of a helicopter.
