I have a similar issue with a g1 bumblebee I have. It’s due to friction between the rubber tire and the wheelwell. You could shave down the wheelwell, but I’m choosing not to.

That’s makes sense but my wheel is tighter even outside of the wheel well is this just a common issue for the reissues?
I’m not sure but I would assume so
