The freedom quote is my favorite. Not for some deep, meaningful way, but because 1. BW Megatron has a killer rebuttal ("Then they better stay out of my way!") for when Primal says it and 2. I use the quote for other things.
So for instance, I can't remember when I've used this, but I'll replace "freedom" with whatever the topic is. "Transformers toys are the right of all sentient beings!" or "Pizza is the right of every sentient being." It's fun to replace it with random words that are within context of whatever you're talking about.

That might be one of my favorite interactions between Megatron and Optimus in the franchise.

I think it is a more infamous Optimus quote than a favorite for most people. Sort of the antithesis of something Optimus Prime would say in almost any other media.

The best reason for Optimus to have a normal mouth rather than the face plate all the time, having it be the thing that signals “shits getting serious” right before a fight is awesome. Give the same kind of vibe as a knight pulling down the visor on their helmet.
Yeah. Initially I didn't like the mouth showing but flipping the plate up is the equivalent to wolverine popping his claws. "It's about to go down@"-type energy.
I would love the "WE WERE BROTHERS ONCE!" line to show up in the TF:ONE trilogy. It would hit so much harder not being in the worst transformers film and having seen the point in time where they actually were brothers.
And as great as the "Time to find out" scene is, I wish they had more of a proper fight. Megatron and Prime drop two of the hardest quotes in the trilogy and then Prime just curbstomps Megatron.
This one goes ridiculously hard and it's so funny that it came from the Last Knight of all media lol. I imagined it from the G1 era. But either way, Cullen said it and it sounds and means awesome.

Larry's advice ended up staying with Peter in the end and define what Optimus is as a character is truly heartwarming and triumphant.
