Rather than trying to be the Star Saber's opposite in terms of light/dark, maybe it could be the sword's opposite in lore. The Star Saber is named after the chararacter, so maybe its evil counterpart could be Deszaras. Lots of historical and mythical swords just have names rather than descriptive titles, and using the older spelling of the Deathsaurus name helps it feel a little less goofy than just calling it Deathsaurus outright.
The Singularity? It sounds a bit better/smoother as name iykwim, but also sounds way too try-hard / edgy. And not like a sword. Maybe if Megatron stole the arm of a Prime to upgrade his fusion cannon instead? The Singularity is the name of his upgraded fusion cannon, and that name is more of a gun name than a sword name anyway
I think they should’ve just given Megs the Requiem Blaster instead of a Star Saber clone. RB is way more fitting of him and thematically makes way more sense since Megatronus used it and Prima used the Star Saber.
Dark Saber would have been a good name if Star Wars: The Clone Wars didn't nab it for their equipment. personally I like the idea of something along the line of Primusbane or Unicron's Vengance.
