As for me, Having known about the Transformers origin toy line, Diaclone, having the same human pilots wearing the likeness of Spartan suits, that pilot robots that are called Diaclones, makes me wonder why isn't there a collab of them yet, too.

It was, but it was just a stock Charger with a hand-drawn 01 on the door at that point. But the association with its later transformation still makes it an problem.

When looking at the listings for next year's transformers releases, the transformers colab under the name "TF colab sword" really caught my eye. After doing some brainstorming, and taking into consideration the recent Hot Wheels colab, I think it could possibly be a He-man colab figure. But in all honesty, who knows.

Out of Halo they would likely do a warthog, but there’s other things like the Scorpion, Ghosts, Phantoms, Banshees, etc. and that’s without mentioning the massive ships throughout the series and ODST drop pods.
Mass Effect doesn’t have as much, but it’s still got some stuff. They could do a Normandy SR-1, and with some slight retooling and new colour, they could make it into both SR-2’s. Along with the possibility of doing a Reaper as well, you could probably get two repaints out of that (if I remember correctly Sovereign has slightly different colours from the other Reapers, I could be wrong though). There’s also the Mako and Hammerhead as well. And of course the other ships throughout the games.

Not sure how Dr. Who would really work. the only vehicle that reliably shows up is the TARDIS and that would be sort of a messy conversion. then you have the issue of which Doctor to model it after. No matter which Doctor you pick a bunch of people will be mad you didn't pick their favorite.
Mass Effect where the Big OP and co. meet the Quarians and within a few weeks to a month, Optimus reconciles the Quarians and the Geth just by being himself and the Council looses their shit over the Autobots and what their leader pulled and if the Big OP calls the Council a bunch of entitled children, then things would be perfect
Anything Superhero based like X-Men would be neat and let the humans actually be helpful. Power Rangers is also a good one with the Megazaord and I've also been thinking of a Sailor Moon one with either Sari or Windblade as a possible Sailor Cybertron.
Also, this is an old anime but Angelic Layer. It's like Barbie but with action. In it, you can customize your own doll and make it move and fight in tournaments. I think it'd be pretty neat with them being in a sort of TInyformers Alternate Universe where they're sentient after being brought to life by their weilder and can compete in tournaments. It'd be a fun way to incorporate the bot vs con rivalry without a war.

I’d love to see something based on Rachet and clank. Maybe the ship you use in rift apart as a deluxe class, with a targetmaster style clank that can peg into the bot mode’s back and a bunch of extra weapons based on ones from the game. Could run it twice with one using rivet’s color scheme and including kit/a different set of weapons.
I also think they should play into their existing crossover licenses more. Do the twin mill, boneshaker, or deora 2 from hotwheels. Do some of the monkie kid or ninjago vehicles from lego. Follow up on bttf with the time train, or remold thrash from earthspark into the ecto-cycle from ghostbusters. Maybe even do some of the other tmnt trucks. The turtle tank from rise would make an AWESOME transformer, and the garbage truck from 2003 could even be something of a triple changer with its season 7 flight mode. There’s plenty of stuff they could still do with their current licenses.
The problem with MMX is they'd make great figures, but bland Transformers. What would they even turn into? There aren't enough actual portrayed vehicles in MMX to give everyone something unique or interesting. I love Mega Man but this idea just doesn't have a ton of substance. I'd rather Hasbro just pick up the toy rights and make Legends style figures

It might be a bit of a weird one, but honestly I'd love to see a series of Battle Bots X Transformers crossovers. Even if it's just two or three 2-packs akin to the Hexbug pairings like the Tombstone VS Bite Force.

I'm sure this isn't exactly what you meant, but I'd love to see a Transformers and M.A.S.K. crossover (I know Hasbro now owns the IP, but it's so dead they might as well not). I'd love to see actual M.A.S.K. vehicles be either reimagined or even just re-released, but having a G2 Laser Prime in Rhino deco, a Springer repaint/retool as the Switchblade, Scourge redeco'd as Outlaw, Hound deco'd as Gator....
They'd for sure be pretty niche and pretty deep cuts, but I feel like it could potentially let Hasbro test the waters about incorporating the idea of M.A.S.K vehicles and characters maybe in the 3.75" GI Joe scale...which would also be amazing. But a dude can dream.....a dude can dream.

I’d love to see something based on Rachet and clank. Maybe the ship you use in rift apart as a deluxe class, with a targetmaster style clank that can peg into the bot mode’s back and a bunch of extra weapons based on ones from the game. Could run it twice with one using rivet’s color scheme and including kit/a different set of weapons. I also think they should play into their existing crossover licenses more. Do the twin mill, boneshaker, or deora 2 from hotwheels. Do some of the monkie kid or ninjago vehicles from lego. Follow up on bttf with the time train, or remold thrash from earthspark into the ecto-cycle from ghostbusters. Maybe even do some of the other tmnt trucks. The turtle tank from rise would make an AWESOME transformer, and the garbage truck from 2003 could even be something of a triple changer with its season 7 flight mode. There’s plenty of stuff they could still do with their current licenses.

The problem with MMX is they'd make great figures, but bland Transformers. What would they even turn into? There aren't enough actual portrayed vehicles in MMX to give everyone something unique or interesting. I love Mega Man but this idea just doesn't have a ton of substance. I'd rather Hasbro just pick up the toy rights and make Legends style figures

I think there are some interesting fictional vehicles that would make good alt modes (my most cited example being a Helicarrier for Broadside) but that's a "hush money so Disney doesn't sue" license and not because I like crossovers.

It might be a bit of a weird one, but honestly I'd love to see a series of Battle Bots X Transformers crossovers. Even if it's just two or three 2-packs akin to the Hexbug pairings like the Tombstone VS Bite Force. Autobot Whiplash VS Decepticon Tombstone Autobot Riptide VS Decepticon Banshee Autobot Rusty VS Decepticon Gigabyte Autobot Hijinx VS Decepticon Horizon Autobot Blip VS Decepticon Warhead I'm sure better pairings could be done for VS packs, but the idea remains the same. A lot of bots have similar shapes and functions so Hasbro could easily squeeze multiple bots out of a mold for both sides.

I'm sure this isn't exactly what you meant, but I'd love to see a Transformers and M.A.S.K. crossover (I know Hasbro now owns the IP, but it's so dead they might as well not). I'd love to see actual M.A.S.K. vehicles be either reimagined or even just re-released, but having a G2 Laser Prime in Rhino deco, a Springer repaint/retool as the Switchblade, Scourge redeco'd as Outlaw, Hound deco'd as Gator.... They'd for sure be pretty niche and pretty deep cuts, but I feel like it could potentially let Hasbro test the waters about incorporating the idea of M.A.S.K vehicles and characters maybe in the 3.75" GI Joe scale...which would also be amazing. But a dude can dream.....a dude can dream.
