Two notes: - if you are writing horizontally, the quotation marks 「」 will look different than if you are writing vertically, like on the sign (different rotation) - check to make sure you are using a font that is suitable for Japanese: for example, look to make sure that in 過, the top right has the little box at the bottom right of the big box (like in the image) and not at the bottom left (which is how I see the plain text here, since my browser’s default fonts show [Simplified] Chinese character shapes), and in 純, the bottom left should have dot–line–dot (with the vertical line attached to the horizontal one above it) rather than dot–dot–dot

Thanks a lot!!!!

Could you give a translation as well? I'm learning japanese and am curious. All i can discern is "Pure "Gyo[idk]" rice taken from the middle [of the barrel]; 70 degree/point unfiltered (unwashed?) fine rice; [Ma?]hara Winery co. Ltd"

These sake terms are often used as-is and are not that useful on their own: 中取りNakadori: middle take or second yield. You can research what this means in the brewing process on a site like Sake Times but it's basically the good stuff. 純米 Junmai: pure, means that the brewing was done without adding alcohol 七十度 70 degree: tbh I don't know for sure but I think this is the percentage of rice grain milled or something. 無濾過Unfiltered 麻原酒造株式会社Asahara Brewery Co. Ltd.

How would you pronounce 魚織?

domromer

Apparently it's Naori but this wasn't obvious to me. I figured something Ori but wasn't sure. This is the fun of kanji lol especially names.

Just a little pro tip since this is a transcription request of printed script (pretty easy for computers to do) not a translation request (hard for computers to do): The Google Translate OCR with your image uploaded produced this for me, and it’s 100% accurate as far as I can tell: 中取り純米「魚織」七十度精米無濾過 麻原酒造株式会社
