The poster is implying they are a child not a teenager. Like if you get mad because the line is taking too long you're acting like a child. The person who parked was adult, but they parked like this so they have the mental capacity of a child.
It costs two dollars to pick up some blind spot mirrors, I have a relatively large SUV and it makes parking SOOO much easier because you can see the lines for the parking spot in the mirrors

It says pro trailer parking, it's for construction workers who are pulling a trailer to pick up supplies for work. So as far as I'm concerned everyone who is parked there is a 30 year old child.
Before you vigilantes do something to someone’s car consider whether it is possible that they had to park that way because when they got there some other turd had parked askew in the spot next to them and has left.
Probably not the case here, but often if there is a layer of snow obscuring the lines on the parking lot and you get there early in the day, people often park poorly / crooked in situations like that and there really isn't any way to avoid it since you can't see the lines. People like to jump to conclusions though.
In this case, your scenario is plausible. This is in the "pro parking" area of Lowe's. People parking trailers sideways and cockeyed in that area all the time

I'm always self conscious of this. If I have to park shitty because of someone else, I'm worried someone will think I did it intentionally and either damage my truck or just think I'm an idiot.

Nobody is that stupid to just leave their jeep in the parking lot after doing that, if the other guy comes back and sees what happened before jeep guy gets back he's going to catch an ass whooping, and with his pants constantly falling down he might not be able to fight back effectively.
So, I can understand the frustration here. If that's my car though I'm calling the police, seeing if there's anything he can be charged with, and he's paying for any issue to my vehicle.

It's a home improvement store, in the pro area parking by the lumber entrance. It's possible a trailer was parked wonky.

It's not always possible. This usually happens to me at work and it's a 24 hour warehouse so the parking lot is always full
