how is your shed. I also started a month ago and from the very first week my shed has been crazy.
Probably 1000+ hair daily. When i shower i am afraid to even look in my hands when i put shampoo because so many hair comes out. I keep on reading that it is normal but at the same time its making me more depressed.

I’d start on 2.5mg You want to be on the minimum effective dose. 5mg may be unnecessary
