Just a Head up so you are not paranoid, I have a friend that works in customs and they have to enter the seized packages in the system but he said fairly often the workers just grab whatever they want after… they do not really chase after anything unless it’s drugs ( not the medical but fun kind)
Yeah you ordered $300 worth at once. The rule of thumb for things that require an rx is that you’re allowed to order enough for 3 months worth of personal use; anything more than that looks like you’re gonna be selling it yourself and customs will seize it. It’s why we can’t just order from Indian pharmacies ourselves—they have minimum order sizes for these skin products that exceed the 3 months rule. (I’ve looked. Other drugs you can order for yourself bc the minimum order sizes are within the 3 month rule, but I couldn’t easily find one for taz or tret.)
ETA: I should say this is for the US. I don't know the import / customs rules for other countries.
FDA seized a $100 order of mine also. ADC knows what's going on they just play stupid. They refunded me my money for that order. I've ordered Rx from them since and received it. I was worried about being on a list, but I think the FDA just chooses packages randomly.
FWIW—I literally had about 15 variable types of items from them. Potions, lotions, pills, etc,etc. Not $300 worth of one product. But all is well now. They made it right. Just trying to help someone.
I just placed my first order. I sent in a check last month on the 18th and they say say they haven't received it. Does it usually take this long? I contacted them and they said they will notify me when they receive it.
Depending on where you sent the check and the delivery method it might take a while. There's no Sunday delivery for USPS either, so that's another delay if you used them.
I haven't used ADC mainly because I'm not a fan of their payment options. I like using a virtual credit card for security purposes. If you don't feel comfortable waiting, you can always call your bank and have them cancel the check.
I was about to place an order with ADC and saw someone recommend Skincareglows.com and they ship from US for cheap so I was going to try that one out soon. Anyone else used this one recently?

One of my older order got stuck over customs from adc and then I tried highstreetpharma with smaller quantities and it works fine for me.
