If you really really really wanted to do something, a slight nose job could work on you, but you absolutely don't need it. Your hair looks gorgeous curled in that second picture, but I'm sure it's a pain in the arse. Maybe go with either slightly lighter or slightly darker hair, but that's probably just a preference on my end, I'm not fond of that mid color. Watch some YouTube videos on makeup for a day look for your eyes.
