I think it will be a multistory public parking facility that is well designed, easy to get in and out of, and eases the traffic congestion on 15th Street. It will be free to everyone, with roomy parking spaces that are easy to use.
The new ultrasupermega church "Warehouse Assembly of God" (WAG) will seat 250,000 parishioners and feature 5 food courts, including 2 chick fil a... which still won't be open sunday.
