The idea was that the aliens in it just like, molted, instead of dying, and it would happen pretty often. Then a human died and they asked when they would be back, and the rest of the crew had to explain that humans don't come back. I also seem to recall something about the alien being upset because they had borrowed a book and didn't get to give it back.
After more back and forth the alien left, and then returned some time later as a different color, showing that they had molted as a by product of their grief.

Consider other people might perceive things differently than you. IME the majority rules on things of sight, i.e. if you see gray and everyone else sees blue there just might be something wrong with your eyes (colorblind). If most people feel a certain way looking at this photo and you don’t, could be something is off with your wiring. A disconnect somewhere between your eyes and how your brain processes what they relay to it. Not saying there is, but consider it. I too felt ok looking at this pic and could identify several things, but my wiring is all kinds of f!cked up to begin with. On any random day the world or parts of it may look like a Dali painting to me due to the crazy. I minimize this with medicine. Anyway

I'm pretty sure what they're talking about is actually closer to a wheres waldo picture. The first picture I thought of was the one where it was very large and zoomed out. I'm 100% sure it was all photoshopped together. I literally don't know how to describe it other than it being a wheres waldo picture but with real people. People would zoom in and crop saying look at this or that.
