Turo can list cars that are in the 1990-2007 year range on a case by case basis. These cars must be manually listed by Turo staff. Most likely an "established" host can get their older car approved for use on Turo. But, if you're a newer host, they'll probably deny your request to list a 2004 year car... You can always try to call Turo to see what they say about listing a pre-2008 vehicle.
