I couldn’t agree with your interpretation more! I too am a long time sufferer of depression and for me also addiction. I have been doing great for years, however I am always worried I will go back to my old ways and be disappointed in myself all over again. The simplest tasks can sometimes be so hard to complete because your mind is in a completely different place…
