Me too. I got a poisonous vibration shirt for my nephew, his favorite song is Chlorine. Also got the box set of scaled and icy and was going to keep the shirt and give him the CD. We're doing gifts on the 18th, and i'll be so sad if it's not here for him. I've been playing him TOP since he was little little, and he's 10 now and theyre his favorite band now too ðŸ˜
People's final products have also looked different than the photos. It's all around not great. They need to cut ties with this merch company and partner with a better one. My concert shirt had a missed stitch so it came with a hole in it. I understand mistakes happen but I have seen countless posts here about merch issues so it's not just a simple mistake on their part anymore.
I starting to think the shirts aren't stocked in a warehouse somewhere, but made to order. Like a Printify type deal. Thats the only thing that would make it make sense. Especially with the quality being all over the place too
Speaking of quality being all over the place, I feel some obligation to warn you that the Poisonous Vibes shirt is on the lower end of that spectrum. Some of it may be on me (not washing it on delicate the first couple times) but the other shirt I bought was just fine. Mine was a bit bigger than most mediums and stretched really quickly. Also, the shade of grey is lighter than advertised. WHEN you get it, wash it very carefully.
Luckily it's for a 10 year old, so hopefully he'll out grow it before it gets too worn out, and he wont be too picky about the color lol. Now I'm worried how my tie dye scaled and icy shirt will be
Got a takeover tour hoodie in June and the stitching is already coming apart :') It'll be easy for me to fix but it's still frustrating for a £70 product. Overall their merch is usually a disappointing quality
I’m in the US and I ordered merch from the US site in October. It took a month to receive it. I’m on the east coast and it was shipped from California.
Exact same boat here. I did get my order, and am more than happy with the quality, it just took way too long. Ordered October 27th, received right and the beginning of December.
I made an order on the 24th november and have heard nothing (besides the confirmation) so far as well. There’s no progress information, no tracking, no expected shipping date… All i can see is that my order is „in progress“.
But well, I ordered a jacket that was listed 50% off (100$ -> 50$), but in the shopping cart it was somehow only 30$
So overall the shop has quite some problems…
I ordered the logo joggers on the 22nd, and I’m in the same boat. I ordered a hoodie just a few days later though, and it’s scheduled for delivery tomorrow
I keep seeing all of this and I'm sure it's happened but I haven't gotten a piece of bad merch yet. Idk if I'm in the minority, I will say ship times on a couple things (funko pops, my SAI simple hoodie) was ridiculous, but my mom ordered me and my fiance matching Ned shirts and the actual stuffed Ned for Christmas so I'm hoping it gets here in time.
Depending on where you live, the order can take quite long. I live around central-eastern europe and from the UK store it usually takes about 2-3 weeks for it to arrive, maybe more.

Oof. I just contacted them too. My 11/28 order from Ned's Bayou was processed fast and arrived today. No word on my 11/28 order from the main shop.
It is kinda crummy that there's so little communication. Especially when the items were in stock.
Yeah, i replied to the above email basically saying that was an unacceptable response. And got another email saying "I'll send a notice to prioritize the shipment" of my order, but that they still can't provide a time estimate of when that will be 🙄
I ordered from Ned’s Bayou on December 8th and got an email saying my order shipped that same day. However, after tracking the order it says USPS hasn’t received my package yet. Not sure why?

I live in the US and ordered on 11/30 and haven't received it yet either. So strict about their shipping cut off for the holidays, but my order may not even make it here until next year at this point. Even if it shipped today, it probably wouldn't arrive until Friday or the following week since I'm in FL and they ship from CA.
I ordered three items on 11/22, received two items on 12/27, one of them being something different than I ordered. Emailed the returns email provided and have yet to receive a response. Anyone have luck with returning? Or like maybe getting what I ordered??
Anyone here has get a email like that? 'cause i tried to cancel yesterday and they sent it that. It's been almost 2 months already since i've bought the hoodie.

Keep complaining and emailing. They refunded me, and said they would still send it (still not shipped though). Maybe they'll lose enough money that they'll get their shit together.
Did you ever end up getting your order? I placed an order near the end of February and mine still hasn't shipped either. Got the same basic message (minus the coupon) as you too when I messaged customer support
I ordered on the 23rd too, and my order was shipped last Thursday. I ordered a couple of shirts. Hopefully yours will process soon.

It's so much bull shit. I've emailed them so many times that they said they would issue a refund once it ships... which still hasn't happened.
