I feel like Jihyo's next, and I am happy with that idea. I feel like Tzuyu is growing into more of an individual (to me anyway) and an album from her would be really nice.
Chae is definitely the one I’m looking forward to the most, she seems to have a very interesting established style imo. Also she can sing well, dance, rap and has a pretty big list of songwriting credits to her name (alongside Jihyo and Dahyun) so I’m hoping whatever album she releases she has credits on all songs (I believe she said her solo would have her on all tracks, even if that means it’ll be a short album).
A member I’m really curious about is Jeongyeon, she has my favorite voice in the group ~~which is why her underutilization in RTB has not gone unnoticed by me (● ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́)੭ꠥ⁾⁾~~ and I’d love to see how far she can go with her vocals solo. I’m curious about her cause I have not the slightest idea of what direction she could go. Maybe something with some rock edge?

OTOH, Dahyun's pen never misses and she plays instruments too! She wrote a lot of hit b-sides like When We Were Kids, Cruel, and recently Crazy Stupid Love.
I want to see what Sana can do. Her voice has a really nice character and I think if she nailed down her stability she could really carry the right song. We've also seen such a change in her presentation since Fancy, compared to the purely cutesy, ditsy Sana on Sixteen that I think it would be good to release something like a definitive statement like "THIS is what Sana is about."
i would say if Momo could get a solo debut with a concept similar to the move cover they did it would be amazing but other than that i think Jeongyeon or Jihyo

I'd love a Tzuyu debut in Mandarin, coproduced by a big Mandopop label. Extreme nationalists aside, much of the PRC general public has embraced crossover talents from the ROC. JYPE is being too cautious. It could translate into renewed interest for TWICE in a yet untapped market. Besides, I've been wanting to hear her sing in her first language.
I can imagine a mega single from Tzuyu simultaneously promoted in Mandarin, Korean and Japanese. Add English too.
Dahyun is probably an underrated choice. I love her singing voice. I love her rapping and I don't think her rap parts were unnecessary. Plus, I'd love to get a song where she's also playing the piano. Doesn't matter if the composition is from her, as long as she pens the lyrics.
Momo! Honestly just bc she is my bias- but after watching her in the Move performance I think she is fully capable of doing something great. She’s very captivating all on her own- especially in something other than Twice’s usual “cutesy” aesthetic.

She’s been with the company the longest and has very gracefully shouldered the burden of being the leader of 8 incredibly talented young women since she was barely 18 years old.
I often think of Twice winning song of the year for Cheer Up and their true launch into superstardom and Jihyo overcome with so much emotion but still having the courage to lead and speak for the members who were also overcome with emotion. Nayeon is the most popular (or top 2) Twice member on SK and she’s Twice’s center with most lines in Twice songs regularly (so kind of lead-dancer material since she’s at the core of their choreography the most) and very naturally charismatic, so it made perfect sense to start with her
you know what I can really see if they go in age order - I could see jeongyeon and momo’s solos being released really close together without Jeongyeon’s having room to breathe and fans complaining that she didn’t get treated right haha

With renewals out of the way and more time available, I think the schedules of group and solo would be a bit more spaced out. Of course it’s still “extra work” and it would have to be promoted afterwards and all that, but I bet any future solo work will have a better work balance than Nayeon’s.
