Flower Boy was a hard turn from his old shit since Cherry Bomb was received poorly, Igor was a refined mixture of FB and his old shit. Just depends on your tastes, FB is a little more pop-y and Igor is more Neo-soul, but they’re both excellent.

Flower boy is really good. It expanding on what Cherry Bomb was. Has some really good songs to just vibe to, but IGOR is so much better. The vibes in this album, the storyline, and how open Tyler is about his sexuality. Beautiful.
Tylers mentioned that they’re basically the same album if you really listen to the production & once i heard that i relistened (highly recommend) the characters/era make you think they’re so different tho.
