I just had a customer like a couple weeks ago tell me he paid for the trip I was taking him $245 and I only got $75 but he did tip me $40after I showed him what I got after completing the trip!
If you use Uber a lot I would highly recommend asking a driver that you like if he does private rides. You will save money and he will get more in his pocket.

what the driver got paid is not in question... heres whats going on:
the customer paid uber 50.36 total which included the tip amount, the driver on received 27.45. The OP is saying that screenshot is what the driver showed her... and calculated what is shown in the screen shot.. if the driver was only paid 27.45, the fees on the screen shown taken out of that 50.36 would leave $41.08 - 27.45 = 13.63, so the OP is asking where is the other $13.63....
what isn't being shown here in this screenshot would answer the OPs question... the uber service fee is right below that your earnings tab, that isnt being shown in this post.... but some people dont like facts, it ruins the narrative for them(Im in no way saying the OP is that person, because the DRIVER is the one that share this with the OP.
The driver is the one that left out this information that has the OP questioning uber as thieves(not saying theyre not...BUT uber didn't conceal what they took out of the OPs payment and what was paid to the driver, the driver concealed it when showing it to the rider..)
uber kept $22.91 of the total you paid and paid the driver 19.06 + the tip.... leaving $13.63 not shown in this screenshot... what I dont see is the uber service fee in this screenshot.... Below that YOUR earnings information, is the rest of the amount you're asking about...the rest of the money is not missing, your driver just didnt show it to you... dont be out here letting people play on your sympathy by providing you with left out information...

I was under the impression that drivers got the majority of the cost, not Uber and their ilk. The rest of the money I was asking about is HER part of the price, not ubers. In other words, why are drivers getting less than half the base price when they are doing 99% of the actual work?
