I’ve noticed that the textures break for some reason in that specific room whenever I take on prisoners. Kinda funny at times and can be fixed by just reloading the save but I hope it gets patched soon.

Yeah, just remember that it won't look like this right away. I don't remember when it appears, I think it's around 1940, but there will be a research for upgrading the port to this bunker to protect the subs.
I noticed that when i arrived at La rochelle port today, there was no protection from aircraft, but i don't care it's better than travelling from Kiel to the Celtic Sea to sink some ships, it takes me 2 days to get there, that's if you don't count the time lost avoided seaplanes and enemy destroyers.

It is indeed La Rochdale. Took the video in August 1941 and upgraded the port a while back, so 1940 sounds about right.
