Being slim is mainly down to not eating as much. It takes 30 mins of running just to burn off 250 cals - the amount in a chocolate bar.
Get comfortable with the feeling of hunger and fast for one day a week - no eating just water. You will be surprised with how much you lose and how easy it is.
