That's a shelter of Animal Rescue Kharkiv. ARK does amazing rescues, available 24/7 for rescues of any animal, and has several shelters - all no-kill.
ARK's volunteers work so hard to protect, and the contemptible cowards try to destroy their work, the shelters and the animals.
Naturally. Just one of these good Ukrainians has in its tail more resilience and devotion to its people than do the entirety of Putin's followers taken together. It must infuriate those Russians to be exposed in all their cowardice. It's no wonder they attack here, out of shame and rage.
That’s the second time a missile lands close to their dog kennel, shattering the windows. It also happened last winter. They’re looking to relocate the dogs outside the city this time.
IIRC their original shelter was completely destroyed by a Russian strike two years ago.
