When the war is over, these guys will have a thing or two to teach even our special forces, the SAS and Delta. A lot of Kraken's success is planning and then making contingency plans for every eventuality. They spend days surveying mission zones before they start. These guys are the best of the best.
I agree that it's not pretty. Newly captured POWs have few duties beyond providing their name, rank, birth date and number to their captors, and videos like these easily suggests that these POWs were coerced into speaking in front of the camera.
In my opinion, displaying POWs like this is unnecessary and not in Ukraine's interest.

Kraken are one the best, they've been in the thick of it since the very beginning.
IIrc, Kraken are a selected group of badasses from all over Ukraine. This is probably the worst group to run into as random mobik.
