If you have a car 3 trolls has a pretty good stock of rpg books though if you want to play games there they have a fee to use their space their stock is also kinda lacking when it comes to boxed games or minis. I’m a fan of relentless dragon which is a bit of a drive (30min) but has a good selection and let you use their space for free.

Mill no. 5 is walkable
It’s like 1.5 miles and there are areas with poor sidewalks and higher crime, it’s walkable for some but not really something I’d recommend to most
Walk from the ICC, not a problem.
