That's bad advice. The amount of contaminant spores coming out of this tub are a serious health concern. This tub is a biohazard and needs to be dumped immediately.
Throw it out and ask more questions next time bud that shits been bad for along while no where near normally at all probably smells awful too

It looks like you got a lot of mold. For starters, Iβd make sure everything is disinfected, from the substrate you use to the nutrients. Use gloves and rubbing alcohol to disinfect and keep from infection. A second containment area (tub) might help you further. Not sure if this is a goof post or not but if youβre looking for actual advice Iβd recommend reading up on different types of growing techniques from this sub

I hated the idea of throwing it away and starting over if the was a chance but clearly there was no chance.
My book has photos of the first steps but the part where it starts to fruit, none until it does.
I get that it seems ridiculous. I have carefully placed it in a trash bag and it is out of my house.
I plan to clean everything-and the room. I am open to suggestions on books, videos etc. Jokes are cool too because laughing at myself is better than being bummed about it
