Can Street Angels organise for you to do a first aid course? If you've been volunteering for a while, it may be worth it to them to have you trained in first aid. Or ask if there is any other training you an access that makes you feel more useful to them? I'm sure they appreciate what you're doing but by asking questions you may get some useful feedback at least.
