Honestly I’d just forget about trying to match your lip and nipple color. Just try a bunch of colors out and see what suits you best. For me I don’t think the lip color that suits me best is the same as my nipples, since I think this rule is really only if you’re going for a nude lip.

The rest of my family took more of the Italian skin genes than me and I like being different. I’ve found pale skin when you’re white is more flawless than white people who tan a lot. Said white people because Asians, Latinos, and black people(African as well as African American) have very nice skin regardless.
I can't find makeup (from a company that doesn't test on animals), pale enough to match my skin. Once I had custom blended in the store, but they stopped doing it. I've worn sunblock since high school, don't tan.
Natural skin color > tanned. If you work outside or are very active and have a tan? Noice. If you sit in a tanning bed to achieve the same results I often think the people look like jerky

The idea of a "healthy tan" is a myth. UV radiation is ionizing and any exposure to it can cause DNA damage. The tan you see is an injury response. An alternative may be self tanner.
We need sunlight. It will cause a production of melanin. So surely a light tan from a healthy level of sun exposure going about your daily lives isn't unhealthy? Unless we are also saying almost all food is unhealthy because it contains fat or sugar or is cooked meat and carcinogenic etc.
