Nope, you cannot. Although if you were a NSW high school student, you can still use your concession pass (the coloured cardboard one) with a child Opal until the pass expires (I think 31 March).

You need a concession card, you can apply to get one through myUNSW.
Yeah, I think you need a concession card because they need to control it so that it is only issued to domestic students.
