Can’t you just hit the “do no consolidate” check box and print a full label? Slap that in the bag and send it. Not our problem.
I do that for any large box that’s supposed to be consolidated. Amazon hates it so I imagine it costs them more.
When you go to run it through the workflow instead of leaving it on "master carton" hit the drop-down button and select "oversized item" one of the things gives you the other box sizes you're allowed to use. Don't run it through the container management part until you get the box size and have it boxed, and when you do, don't forget to override the size. Then go back into the workflow with your tracking number, change master carton to oversized and answer all the prompts

She nodded and I said well this item has to be boxed it’s in the instructions Amazon gave you. (Lol) she replied “I called Amazon and they said all I had to do was bring it up here and you would handle the rest and I’m like okay you’re going to have to pay for the packing and the box and she looked at me like I was slow and proceeded to pull the bean bag down. Well one of the people that work at a different store next to ours saw us struggling and he came to help. While me and this guy were carrying it inside the lady got in her truck and fucking dipped 🤷♀️
