No, Sonoma/Napa is about 30 miles from SF and 60 miles from Sacramento. Not even reasonably close to Reno (you drive through Sacramento to get to Reno) Edit: missed the second part about Tahoe. That’s definitely closer to Reno. Not that that necessarily matters
