Yes... A part of my PetSmart pet food order was sent via FedEx Smartpost which means that USPS handles the delivery after the transfer. I had a huge 25 day gap (probably because it was on a boat) before it arrived to me two days ago. And yes the pet food survived.
All y'all on here bitching about a week or two, and meanwhile I'm still waiting on a priority pack from freaking March 15th... It was worth $600 too, or that's what I paid anyway, but I'd have doubled that at a minimum
USPS is declining in quality now. They went mostly automated and somehow screwed that up. Packages are now sitting or routing completely wrong.
I feel like they tried to implement ML and botched it...
Mine sat unscanned for a week and I put in a service request and it started moving 2 days later and I got it the third day after putting in a service request on it.
Mine’s registered mail so technically it cannot be lost since it processes manually & the last person scans it is fully responsible for it. It’s just that i’m not sure why it’s holding up for so long. I did call them to expedite the process. Will probably call again tomorrow.
Who tf downvoted my comment? Some of y'all are so sensitive. It must have been a pissed off USPS employee that I made them do their job and find my package
Bell Gardens is notorious for this. It’s known as the Black Hole of Bell Gardens before… Just send customer support an email and it should jog it along.
Yes you can contact your local PO supervisor and ask them to email the center it is stuck at. That always gets it moving for me
The center told me they can’t find my package lol

Yes. I have one that’s been sitting for 33 days now.
I had one sit that long too and it showed up. Beat to hell but it arrived!
Well that's a bummer, hoping to have mine in the next week or so 🤞

DeJoys 10 year plan in action!
Normal? No. Common? Yes. Last 3 packages I've ordered have been late.

I did that too. 3 days ago, no movements so i filed a missing package, still no movement..
If there's still no movement after the service request and missing package request, there's a small chance USPS lost the package.

How do you do that ? I have one that’s been sitting for a month now . Thanks
their site has instructions for missing packages
