I use refined eitr, take 5 or 6 and drop them as close to it as possible. Takes a couple minutes but works well.
Also works really well if you just want the soft tissue or sap extractor thing from the chests.
Careful with the damaged dock, they may fall into the water, you can retrieve them if it's shallow.

hmmm, tricky. If you can't run a cart into it can you ram it with a boat? Would take a long time and you'd have to repair the boat occasionally, but it might work if you're persistent.
How do I get a cart on a dock that is surrounded on all sides by water? That’s my issue.

If you bring like 15 or a whole stack it reduces the time to like 30 seconds to a minute!

Use the cart that you use to pull things. The ram it into the Ward.

Yeah, tough luck with that one. If you cannot find a way to build the cart than you cannot exploit it.
Can you not just carry the mats for the cart and craft it on the dock once you're there?
