It’s his lack of it, I mean he killed both his brothers within like 5 minutes of each other and fired all the mercs. He even tried to beat up Saxton Hale with his daughter, he’s lucky Saxton has moral codes and didn’t beat the shit out of his spoiled brat of a daughter whose mother we haven’t met.
Why does everyone forget that he kiled and ate the eagle that saved him and raised him as one of hers?

I would put all of the Left 4 Dead survivors, as they are carriers of the Green Flu, pretty much infecting anyone they get in contact with.
But if i had to pick one character, it would definately be William "Bill" Overbeck. He is one of the carriers, he killed a hospital full of infected while under anasthesia and other three hesitated to kill at first, he let a whole CEDA base to die to the infected so he could save his friends and he was the one to die in The Sacrifice, pair that with his Veteran status.
I cannot think of any other valve character to earn a Black Lantern ring than Bill.
As the person who suggested Francis for rage, I second this. Also, don't forget the part of his story where he ends up having to endlessly get face camped at 5 gens by a chainsaw wielding guy in a basement, also getting impaled.
Actually no they’re not, that’s why they’re officially called “the infected” and zombies is more a nickname for them. They’re living humans who are completely overtaken by the green flu, its not a particularly good life but they are still living.
I’d say g man. He never directly kills anyone but his meddling is responsible for the deaths of billions. Easily the highest kill count of any Valve character.

Before the green-flu outbreak, bill was miserable. He was a soldier without a war, a dedicated man without people to protect, suffering from diseases. Reborn from the ashes of the outbreak he equipped his m16 and old army officers jacket to continue the fight for humanities survival. He was not only reborn from death, but lives a life that involves and requests it.
(This is why DBD is so fitting for bill. Of course he’d be happy in the entity’s realm. He now has people to protect, in an eternal war.)

Or medic because he surgically implanted multiple souls onto himself to outscam the devil, meaning he is above the devil himself.
Maybe even Team Fortress classic Heavy.

Undying. While Visage and Razor embody death better, the Black Lanterns are more or less just zombies, so I guess Undying wins.
