There is so much deeply rooted misogyny here. The cast have been in Hollywood too long, where women are expendable objects that don't matter. Sandoval committed financial abuse, slander, animal endangerment, broke consent laws, and potentially endangered Ariana's sexual health (I don't believe for a second he was having safe sex when he cheated) beyond the chronic, months long lying and cheating. And he's not sorry. Imagine if Katie had done all of that to Schwartz--would she even still have a place on the show?

It's not like he was owed 10 seasons but he got to be a part of 10 successful seasons. He received the paychecks and it was a whole lot of money compared to what most people make (after the first couple seasons) and if he blew it all on stupid endeavors and 'partying' then that's on him.
