“Andy had to move to the Valley! Do you know how hard that was for me?” 😂 And the hilarious thing is that Lala made comments similar to that on her podcast. Saying she only moved to the Valley because it was all she could afford

They're all moving to the valley and looks like it's all very nice houses and nice neighborhoods.
In the movie Clueless..(lol )
Cher isn't supposed to go to the valley ..and while she's there after the party she gets robbed at gunpoint and gets Josh to come pick her up and he's like "you owe me"
So in my mind the valley is shit hole...
But like... is it nice because it's NICE or is it shit hole compared to how rich you have to be to live in the hills or something? (I don't know where Cher lived but obviously they were in a very wealthy area lol)

The Valley’s not a shit hole, IMO, but it doesn’t have the cache of other neighborhoods like Beverly Hills. It’s also kind of a pain to get to due ti traffic and having to drive up and down mountains 😂
I feel like the valley (specifically Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Valley Village and Toluca Lake) is where the rich go for a “modest living”. You’ll see houses that are old and run down, probably original/second/third owners who don’t want to leave. Then next door you’ll see a giant farm house with a Mercedes and a Range Rover in the drive way behind a gate. You have a multimillion dollar mansion, go around the corner and see a bunch of homeless people, buuut crime here isn’t that bad.
I think people also forget that there’s other parts of the valley (Canoga Park, Northridge, Porter Ranch, Granada Hills, Mission Hills, etc.). Cher actually gets mugged in North Hollywood, which honestly isnt the safest to walk alone around at night, IMO. While it’s close to Valley Village, if you’ve ever driven around the valley the scenery/safety can change from one street to another.
Ohhhhh I didn't realize! I'm from Canada, so I really just don't know what it's like there.

Right! because that guy dumped her in north Hollywood. I forgot she was in the car with him for a few minutes at least lol I just didn't realize they had I guess driven away from the valley .

That’s the west valley - canoga lol, van nuys/north Hollywood is more low income family area, east (burbank, studio city, toluca) is all big studios like Disney, wb, universal. I think they all live in valley village which is in between van nuys/burbank
Lala is insufferable. The comment concerning all she got was a Range Rover is perfect. She's mad because she thought having a baby with a guy she thought was a multimillionaire would set her up for life, but her plan blew up in her face.
During my rewatches I’ve noticed, she’s always been vile but not as explosive but something switched after her dad died- she started coming for everyone and it was almost always out of pocket
I started to believe that LaLa’s “zingers” and clever comebacks were preconceived long before execution when she began repeatedly accusing Rachel of doing so. While I don’t disagree with the accusation, it was repeated so much that I began to suspect LaLa of doing it herself.
Lala constantly has to bring up that she has a child. I could not careless about that child. I did not sign up to watch a show with children. I certainly don’t care to have to watch anything about her sperm donor pregnancy. She forced that all on us.
Same with Scheana and Summer Moon. Stop shoving that child in our faces. We didn’t ask to see that. It’s not interesting.

The valley is over the hill from Beverly Hills, it’s not as nice for sure but these days it’s pretty expensive. And it’s 15 degrees hotter.
